Core data collection methods for quantitative analysis include direct mail, telephone & online interviewing...but don't rule out in-person options!

Telephone Interviewing:

Typically referred to as a "CATI" survey, we have six call centers across the country and one international facility. With hundreds of CATI stations, we can call both landline and wireless numbers during the day or evening. Working with our clients' goals in mind, we screen all phone calls to ensure we're speaking to the right person for each study. Telephone interviewing is very different than in-person or even web; our interviewers are trained to follow a script so there is consistency in the data collection. Key topics include: public opinions, political polling, purchase decisions, product usage, etc.

Online Surveys:

Online surveys typically allow you to reach a large geographical audience in a short amount of time. While most commonly these will be deployed with a nationwide focus, targeting respondents based on region, state or even city is possible. Our programming team crafts surveys with advance piping and skip logic (i.e. "branching") so your survey can be complex on the back end, yet simple from the user experience. Key topics include: new product development, travel preferences, target audience exploration, segmentation, trademark infringement, campaign testing, etc.

Direct Mail:

We've mailed out countless direct mail surveys or survey invitations over the years; we like to think we have the system down pat. From customized survey codes for online surveys, or a dedicated telephone line to phone in, to receiving completed questionnaires in hand, our team can manage your direct mail research needs with ease. We can also input the receiving data when surveys are returned to us, ensuring a high quality data collection. Key topics include: public opinions, retailer satisfaction, new product development, etc.
