Job Description:
To conduct market research interviews by telephone and meet all standards of position requirements. Interviews are surveys and opinion polls regarding products and services used by consumers and business people.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Conduct paper and computer based interviews with high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Follow project specifications.
- Maintain company dialing standards.
- Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents.
- Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education and/or Experience
- No prior experience or training.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak sentences.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
