Since 1988 I&A has been performing public opinion surveys and research studies via telephone interviewing. Now, with more than 500 interview stations in six US-based call centers and one international facility, we’ve conducted millions of telephone interviews in our 33-year history. From political polls to insurance brokers and the general population – we’ve spoken to a variety of target audiences. We stay current on recent trend numbers for landline versus cell phone records and adapt our sample approach accordingly. Our interviewers are trained on safety protocols in terms of cell phone use as well as how to discuss delicate subject matter such as disease, death and personal & identifying information. Each team is professional, courteous and efficient.

One of the aspects that separates I&A from other call centers is the fact that we do not rely on auto-dialers, we manually punch in each and every telephone number in our facilities.
