Focus Group Facility

Located in Coastal Virginia, our large focus group room accommodates up to 12 participants comfortably, with a stadium style back-room seating arrangement for up to 10 client observers. When conducting research outside of Coastal Virginia , our recruiting and project management staff can accommodate virtually any U.S. city or town. 

Focus Group Panelist

With our face-to-face focus groups we need panelist to help with focus group sessions. Our focus groups are fact-finding missions for our clients. They are interested in what “YOU” have to say about their company, product, service or maybe even local or national policy.

As a panelist, you will have an opportunity to participate in multiple ways: in-person group discussions that are held at our(or another) local facility, as part of a group or as an individual in an online forum where questions are posed and responses shared using an “online, user-friendly platform”.  Sometimes, we connect Panelists for in-depth over the phone interviews. We utilize multiple means of connecting our clients with our consumer insights Panelists.  Once you are selected for participation in a study, clients want your honest feedback and opinions.

Call Centers

We run four national call centers and one international facility where we employ hundreds of interviewers. Each hire goes through extensive training on question asking, data collection and people management. Every station is equipped to receive toll-free callback numbers for follow-up research or call-in options and NONE of our stations use auto-dialers. There's a live person waiting for the respondent to pick up on every call. Day or evening, we're staffed from 9am-9pm (or later) ensuring coverage for all time zones and regions.
