We run six national call centers and one international facility where we employ hundreds of interviewers. Each hire goes through extensive training on question asking, data collection and people management. Every station is equipped to receive toll-free callback numbers for follow-up research or call-in options and NONE of our stations use auto-dialers. There's a live person waiting for the respondent to pick up on every call. Day or evening, we're staffed from 9am-9pm (or later) ensuring coverage for all time zones and regions.
